Characteristic data: Pallet size max.: 1800 x 1100 mm, glass stack height approx. 100 sheets, 3.2 mm thick
Glass size: 1750 x 1030 mm, weight max. 25 kg/ea., conveying out height: approx. 1000 mm
Conveyor section for conveying out included (similar to 421521/0S), cycle time approx. 60 s.
Partly automatic sequence: The glass pallet for the rear glass is placed on the loading table using a fork-lift truck, the truck leaves the protection zone and the system is started.
A servo-driven axis with pneumatic Z-lifting gripper moves over the pallet, grips the top glass sheet using vacuum suction cups. The glass sheet is bent slightly to prevent adhesion forces.
The Z-axis moves into the top end position and then the X-axis moves into the placing above the conveyor belt. The bottom glass sheet is lifted out slightly by a 2-hand control and can be aligned with the top glass sheet manually.
The connection tapes of the module are then threaded through the holes in the top glass sheet. A 2nd actuation lifts the bottom module completely and presses it against the top spring-loaded glass sheet.
The vacuum gripper of the top glass sheet is switched off and both glass sheets together are placed on the conveyor belt and the conveying out operation can begin.
Depending on the intermediate layer used, the installation can be optionally equipped with a nozzle system or a brush system to remove the intermediate layers (not included in the price).
In the standard solution, the intermediate layers are removed manually by the operator. The installation is executed as a slave, i.e. is only operable in conjunction with a line control (no stand-alone operation) This line control is not included in the station price.
Installation consisting of the following components: 2-axis gantry system (X-axis servo electric, Z-lift pneumatic), vacuum gripper
Table for holding the pallet for the rear glass sheets. Protective cladding with light curtain on both sides (including for pallet change).
