Terms of use for the MiniTec webshop

 

Use exclusively for MiniTec corporate customers

The offers in the MiniTec store are aimed exclusively at business customers. To be able to use the MiniTec store, you must be registered and logged in as a corporate customer. All MiniTec customers who have a company based in Germany, have a VAT identification number (VAT ID) valid in Germany and whose order is placed for this company are deemed to be corporate customers. By registering as a corporate customer, you confirm that you are not acting as a consumer (§ 13 BGB) but as an entrepreneur (§ 14 BGB).
 

Authorization to order

By placing an order as a registered corporate customer via the MiniTec webshop, you confirm that you are acting as an authorized representative within your organization.
 

Order receipt confirmation / order confirmation

  • After placing an order via the store, you will receive an automatic order receipt confirmation to the e-mail address you provided during registration. This includes the price of the goods without packaging and shipping.
  • The order receipt confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order and is subject to the availability of the ordered goods. 
  • After your order has been processed, MiniTec will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided during registration, which will also contain the costs for packaging and shipping as well as all delivery details. 
  • Delivery shall only be made within Germany.
  • A binding purchase contract for the ordered goods shall only be concluded upon acceptance of the order by receipt of the order confirmation. 
     

Delivery time

The products offered via the MiniTec webshop are generally stock items. The exact delivery period shall be agreed individually and stated by us in the order confirmation upon acceptance of the order.
 

Payment processing

Payment is always made on account. In the case of new customers placing their first order, we reserve the right to deliver against advance payment. The exact terms of payment will be agreed individually and specified by us in the order confirmation upon acceptance of the order.
